Is Spoiled Hair 100% Virgin hair?

Yes the cuticle is intact and running in the same direction it is also Virgin meaning it has not been chemically treated and can be colored or textured.

What color options does Spoiled Hair have?

We do apologize but we do not give options on the color of the hair Except (Snap & Tracks). All of Spoiled hair comes in a Natural stage meaning..... It has not been chemically treated or colored prior to selling to our customers. All of Spoiled Hair comes in a Natural Brown color. some packs are lighter than the other but we try to ship the same shades to all customers.

How many ounces are in each bundle?

All of our bundles are approximately 4 oz

Do you sell half of pack of hair or 2 oz bundles?

Yes... But only on our Virgin Indian Textures

What grade is Spoiled Hair

We receive this question often. Our hair is from a top manufacturing source from Brazil & India. Our CEO BeautiiJ has worked with these companies for years to make sure our brand is A quality. We do not base our hair on grade numbers because in Brazil and India They do not qualify their hair as such. We have received amazing reviews on our hair and our customers continue to come back and shop with us. they even refer friends and family. With that being said. Spoiled Diva Hair grade is 100% authentic and Top Notch!

Can I reseal the weft of hair?

Yes double sealing weft is recommended but not necassary. If you want to make sure the hair is Shed free. Sealing will work .

How long will Spoiled hair last?

6 months + with proper care of all hair for all hair with exception to our Spoiled Indian Hair. This hair is from a donor and last up to 3 years if taken care of as if its your natural tresses.

What products should I use to Shampoo and Condition my new Spoiled Hair?

We suggest you use our Sweet Shampoo and Sweet Conditioner to cleanse and condition your hair.

We guarantee our Hair to all customers that cares for the hair as it is your own hair. Pre-Washing and Weft sealing is a great start to a healthier and longer lifetime for your hair.

Can I pick up my order? 

 No. At this time all orders are placed via our website and will be shipped directly to you.

What shipping Method is used?

First Class Mail  : 7-14 days 

PRIORITY SHIPPING : 3-7 days 

International shipping up to 4 weeks

Do you ship on Holidays?

Our offices are closed of ThanksGiving & Christmas ​Only. We tend to all orders the next business day. 

Orders will be processed at our office but will not shipped on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Shipping companies are closed on most holidays. 

*Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. 

*Orders received on Friday after 5pm will be processed on Monday. 

 This ensures that we can keep our delivery costs low and pass the saving on to you.

Our Shipping Company Do not ship on these dates:

Do you ship internationally?  

Yes. Spoiled Beauty bar ships worldwide.

Currently we us only USPS (first class or Priority Only)

NO Express shipping available unless noted by manager. ( send express shipping request below before completing cart. )

If shipping out of the country please allow up to 4-6 weeks or less to receive package

 

After Hour Orders ? 

All orders placed after 5 pm will be processed within the next business day.

How long is Processing? 

Please note each Bundle is Constructed and Packaged individually per Order. Please allow at least 24-48hrs for payment to process. Once payment has been processed and received on our end we will then begin to prepare your order for shipping. Shipping Notification may take up to 72 hrs to receive after payment has been processed on our end. Please note every shipping is handled by hand with love and care from our local office. We want to ensure that we  construct the best bundle and hair for every individual order.  

 

* Shipping Notifications are sent out up to 72 hours after you've placed your order and we insure that your order is  fully sorted and packaged accordingly.

What are the Spoiled Beauty Bar Shipping days?

All shipping is shipped out on normal Business days only!  MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY!

WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY!

How Long will it take to Receive my package if I order on a FREE SHIPPING promotional month?

Orders will be shipped via First class which typically takes 7-10 days depending on address.

USPS Delay notice:

Spoiled Beauty Bar has no control of USPS shipping Delay. We will provide you with an Estimated date that the USPS provide us with at hand. If you are ordering around any Holiday or during our annual Sales please expect a Delay on your package. 

 

Express Shipping:  If you have would like to pay for express shipping... please contact us first to make special arrangements for Next day shipping.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
